Contest information and terms
Organizer: Explore Utsjoki
Contest: Explore Utsjoki will hold a prize draw for their customers on 15 Dec 2019.
All entries are personal and require filling and submitting the form provided on the contest page or commenting on Explore Utsjoki’s Facebook or Instagram post regarding the contest before 15 November 2019. A winner will be chosen at random from the pool of valid entries. The winner will be contacted personally.
Prize: A one-week active holiday for two in Utsjoki with accommodation, activities and transportation between the villages during summer 2020. Food, drink or travel to Utsjoki are not included.

Name of register: Personal data register for Explore Utsjoki’s consumer contests and raffles (“Contest”). The register contains personal data from several different contests and/or raffles.
Purpose of the register: The register is used to organise Contests for promotional purposes and deliver prizes.
Data included in the register: Only data provided by the participants and required for the Contest and delivery of prizes will be stored.
Terms: The organiser reserves the right to draw a new winner if the first person to be drawn cannot be contacted.
The organiser also reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate actions.
The organiser is not liable for any personal obstacles for receiving the prize.
The organiser reserves the right to post the winners’ names on their website and Facebook page.
The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms.
By entering the Contest, the participants absolve Facebook and Instagram of all possible liabilities regarding the contest.
Facebook and Instagram do not sponsor, recommend or administrate the Contest in any way. The contest has no affiliation with Facebook or Instagram.
