The scenically beautiful trail located on the fell plateau in Nuorgam runs through open fell terrain to Hárremahčohkka, where you’ll find the northernmost border point between Finland (and the EU) and Norway. From there, you’ll be rewarded with stunning views of Lake Pulmankijärvi, the Teno River Valley, and the Norwegian fells. The round-trip trail is 4.2 km one way.

The trail begins at Isokivenvaara, on the left side of Pulmankijärvi road. The route is marked with orange wooden poles, and duckboards have been installed over the wettest sections. There are no structures along the trail, but the Fielmmajärvi lean-to shelter is located nearby and requires a short detour off the marked path.
